First attempt at these and they taste divine. Really simple to do as well. This recipe makes 8 small or 4 large scones.
100 gr butter
5 dl flour
3 tbsp vanilla extract
3 teaspoons bakingpowder
1 dl cloudberry jam
Mix the dry ingredients. Add the butter and jam. Kneed until the dough is lump free. Cut the dough into 4 or 8 pieces and put on a baking tray. Bake in 200 C for 15 minutes. Serve as warm as possible, preferrably with cloudberry jam and cheese.
